A Ritual for Release, Rebirth, and Returning Light

On the longest night of the year, the world becomes quiet in a way that invites us back to ourselves.
This ceremony is a gentle invitation to slow down, to sit with the dark, to honor what is ready to end, and to welcome the soft return of the light.

We will gather in a small circle and share ceremonial cacao, a beautiful plant medicine that opens the heart and brings a sense of warmth and emotional clarity. Cacao teaches us how to let go with grace, how to receive with trust, and how to move through endings and beginnings with an open heart.
It honors both death and rebirth, which is why I chose the Winter Solstice for this gathering.

With warm cacao in hand and intention in your heart, we will move into a simple ritual to honor the turning of the season. After that, you will settle into a comfortable gravity chair or cozy cot and drift into a peaceful soundbath where you can rest, release, and reconnect with yourself.

You will also go home with a small Solstice goodie bag for your personal ritual on December twenty first, the true moment when the light begins to return.

This gathering is meant to be slow, intentional, and comforting.
