During this experience you will be guided through grounding drum rhythms, the expansive tones of crystal singing bowls, and a gentle meditation that helps you release what feels heavy while welcoming in clarity and calm. As the vibrations move through you, your nervous system relaxes, your energy steadies, and a sense of harmony begins to unfold.
