A Restorative Hypnosis & Soundbath Experience

Sometimes the most meaningful transformation doesn't happen through doing more. It happens when we finally give ourselves permission to slow down.

Join us for an morning of deep rest as you are gently guided into a relaxed hypnotic state before settling into an immersive soundbath experience. Throughout the journey, you'll be surrounded by the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, drums, crystal harp, gongs, chimes, and other carefully selected instruments, each woven together to create a deeply restorative experience.

During this month's journey, you'll be invited to imagine yourself safely cocooned within a golden thread of light, creating a peaceful space where your mind can quiet, your body can rest, and your subconscious can simply be. There is nothing to fix, nowhere to go, and nothing expected of you. Just rest.

Your comfort is important to us. We provide gravity chairs and cots, heated unscented eye masks, blankets, and pillows so you can settle in and fully relax. After the soundbath, you're welcome to stay for tea, light snacks, and gentle conversation before heading home feeling refreshed and restored.

We also do our best to create a fragrance free environment so everyone, including those with allergies, asthma, migraines, or scent sensitivities, can comfortably participate. We kindly ask guests to avoid wearing perfumes, colognes, or heavily scented products whenever possible.
