Nightfall Nirvana: A Full Moon Soundbath Journey
Thursday, July 11th | 8:00–9:30 PM
Bigelow Gulch • Spokane Valley, WA
Hosted by Cyndal Wallace & Jessie Jo
There’s a kind of magic that only happens when the sun sets, the air cools, and the full moon rises overhead.
Nightfall Nirvana is a soundbath ceremony designed to help you unplug from the outside world and drop back into yourself. This is a space for deep rest, release, and reconnection—with your body, your breath, and the quiet wisdom within.
We’ll begin just before sunset with water, tea, and time to settle in. As the sky shifts from golden to deep indigo, you’ll be gently guided into the Theta state—that liminal space between waking and sleep where your nervous system can finally relax and your spirit can soften.
From there, the sound carries you.
Crystal singing bowls, gongs, drum wash, chimes, and more will surround and support you, helping to clear what’s heavy and call in what’s ready.
And as you return, the full moon will be rising into the night sky—offering her quiet presence and light.
Important Info:
– This is an intimate outdoor gathering limited to 20 guests.
– The address (in the Bigelow Gulch area of Spokane Valley) will be shared after registration to protect the privacy of our host.
– There is a bathroom on site (not wheelchair accessible; there are steps).
Please bring:
A yoga mat or cozy “nest,” a water bottle, blankets, and anything else you need to feel warm, comfortable, and supported as you rest.
Arrival & Wrap-Up:
Please plan to arrive around 7:45 PM to get settled. There will be time to mingle, sip tea, and connect before we begin. After the soundbath ends, we’ll begin wrapping up shortly to respect the gracious homeowners and the land we’re gathering on.
