Cacao Ceremony & Outdoor Soundbath: The Heart’s Sanctuary

There is a quiet place within you that exists beneath the noise and responsibilities of everyday life. A place where you can rest, listen, and reconnect with your own heart.

We invite you to join us for The Heart’s Sanctuary, an intimate cacao ceremony and outdoor soundbath held in a beautiful private yard in Greenacres.

We will begin by learning a little about cacao, its history, and the people connected to the cacao we will be sharing. You will then receive your cacao, followed by a blessing and time to set an intention for the evening.

From there, Cyndal will guide you on a journey into your heart’s sanctuary. This is a space created by you and for you, where you can slow down and listen to what your heart wants you to know. There is no right way to experience the journey, and you do not need to be able to visualize for it to be meaningful.

As the sun begins to set, Logan and Cyndal will guide us into an outdoor soundbath with crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and other instruments. You can get comfortable, close your eyes, and receive the sounds beneath the evening sky.

You do not need any previous experience with cacao, guided journeys, or soundbaths. We will walk you through the entire evening and help you feel comfortable along the way.

Space is limited to preserve the intimate and supportive atmosphere of the evening.

Tickets are $55 per person. The exact Greenacres address and complete arrival details will be emailed to you after registration.

We look forward to welcoming you into The Heart’s Sanctuary.

A note about Cacao:

If cacao is new to you, it comes from the same plant used to make chocolate, but ceremonial cacao is prepared differently. It uses the whole cacao bean and is served as a warm, rich drink. Cacao has been shared in ceremony for generations and is often used to support connection, reflection, and intentional time with the heart. It is not psychedelic, and you will remain fully present throughout the experience.

Cacao does contain a small amount of caffeine, although it is much less than what you would typically find in a cup of coffee. It also contains theobromine, a naturally occurring compound that can create a gentler and more gradual feeling of energy.

If you are sensitive to caffeine or would prefer a smaller amount, please let us know. We can offer you what the indigenous people refer to as “a kiss”, which is just a sip or two of the medicine. You can still participate in the ceremony and share in the experience without drinking a full cup.
