Self-Hypnosis

Learning self-hypnosis will allow you to access and work within your own subconscious. This highly effective practice focuses on changing erroneous beliefs and managing the impact our emotions have on our perspectives. Taking control of your own mind has limitless benefits, and self-hypnosis is a proven method for reaching that goal. Many practitioners receive a multitude of benefits from self-hypnosis: more restful sleep, halting invasive thoughts, eliminating negative self-talk, and reducing or even eliminating stress. Here at Blooming Lotus, we focus on teaching our clients 7th Path Self-Hypnosis, yet a variety of methods lie available to anyone who chooses to learn. Once you have selected the method that speaks to you, keep the following tips in mind and they'll help you succeed:

1.       Choose the right time to practice self-hypnosis. This will help eliminate your excuses to avoid putting in the work. Pick a time that's convenient to you, such as first thing in the morning or right before bed, and stick with it!

2.       Trust in the process. Once you've settled on a method, don't keep jumping to others without giving the first one a chance. Keep at it. These techniques are proven effective, but you can't expect any vehicle to take you where you want to go if you keep trying to reinvent the wheel. You have to allow the process time to work.

3.       Keep reminding yourself why you are practicing self-hypnosis. Keep your goals in the forefront of your mind. To take power over your subconscious mind you must first focus your conscious mind.

4.       Document your experience. Keep a journal or try making a video blog. Nothing reminds you how far you've come more than a personal record of your journey.

Simple exercises like these will help you remain focused and increase your chances of success. Self-hypnosis is a powerful tool that allows you to make transformative changes within yourself. There's no quicker way to reach your goals than making use of the tools you need to get yourself there, and isn't that the whole point? Let self-hypnosis guide you along your chosen path, to wherever it is your journey is leading you.
